the room was cosy with a charming skylight, and the host was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the delicious breakfast, which featured eggs from Carols chickens and fresh local bread. It was also great that our furry friends were warmly welcomed. Cons: Nothing - our stay was perfect! 😊.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the beautiful beach and with stunning sunset views. the room is clean, comfortable, and warm, with a double bed and a private bathroom. the hosts are friendly and accommodating, and they even provide a box of biscuits and wine glasses as extra touches. the self-service continental breakfast includes a selection of cereals, fresh bread, croissants, and yogurts, as well as delicious fresh coffee and orange juice. the hotel also has a lovely patio area and a fire pit to enjoy.

Phenomenal location minutes from the beach with gorgeous views. Easily accessible by local bus- great for exploring. Disconnected from the world with beach and coastal walking paths on the doorstep.

Difficult to find without signage on the road. First impression was of arriving on a building site.

We loved our stay at Marshview at Easter! The rustic barn cottage exceeded our expectations with its charming interior, comfortable living space, and spacious bedrooms. The location, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach, was perfect for our extended beach trip. Nigel and Carol were welcoming hosts, and we're excited for the future development of this charming property. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Norfolk Coastal Cottages. the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. the cozy room with a lovely skylight was a treat, and the cleanliness was excellent. the friendly and helpful hosts made us feel right at home. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and coffee. the clear instructions and spacing in the breakfast room ensured a safe and enjoyable dining experience. We also appreciated the outside area and fire pit for evening relaxation. Plus, being able to bring our dog was a bonus. a wonderful seaside retreat!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location just 400 yards from the coast on a scenic coastal pathway. the cottage had a cozy log fire and a lovely patio for enjoying morning coffee. the communal coffee/breakfast room was a great place to start our day.

They even had the heating on in the room before we arrived. The property itself was tucked away, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and had a festive Christmas theme. The open-plan layout of the kitchen, dining, and lounge area created a bright and spacious ambiance. We also appreciated the lovely welcome pack, complete with biscuits, tea, and coffee.

We stayed at Norfolk Coastal Cottages for a week-long family vacation. The cozy cottages were clean and had plenty of hot water for showers after a day at the beach.
